Work Terms

Before beginning any type of creative work, I will need you to fill out a form to provide me with the initial information I will need to begin on your project. Please be very specific when answering the questions, be as honest and forthright as possible with what your needs and expectations are.
It is important that we maintain clear, concise and timely communication. In order for me to serve you properly, I will need your partnership to ensure that the completed project is one of quality and on time. With that being said, please send me necessary files and/or information when requested and respond to emails in a timely manner. In order to keep on schedule I will send you proofs with an approval or change deadline which I ask that you kindly keep. You will be allowed 3 design edits and 5 copy edits included in the estimated project price. Anything over that will be charged accordingly at my hourly rate.
I live and work in Hawaii. I work in the evenings and on the weekends.
I can be contacted daily via email (between the hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm Hawaii Standard time) and/or via MSN or Yahoo messenger (between the hours of 7:00pm - 11:00pm). My hours may vary depending on the project and how much communication time is needed during each phase of the project.
Payment for services should be made within 3 days of receipt of invoice which will be sent after client receives final product/service.
Payment Method will be performed via SafePay Escrow by Check.
