Book Keeping Services
Provide periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) bookkeeping services. Services available include maintaining cash receipts and disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and generation of management reports. We provide periodic (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) adjustments to your books. Services will include consultation with you and the appropriate members of your team to identify areas in need of adjustment.
Prepare compiled (unaudited) financial statements. Provide adjusted journal entries (AJEs) as may be required and/or instruct personnel on AJEs. Any other separately any specialized compilation reports that may be needed.
Payroll/ Sales Tax Returns

Tax Preparation Services
Business Tax: Preparation annual federal and state income tax returns for a corporation, partnership, sole proprietor or limited liability Company.
Individual Taxes: Preparation of basic federal and state income tax returns based on information provided by you. This service includes completion of federal form 1040, along with its schedules and your resident state income tax return.
