Work Terms
|
Payment Method -
50% of the quotation is to be paid on acceptance of the quote, while the remaining 50% is paid on completion of the job. The finances can be wire transferred into my South African account, but I am open to other options of "SafePay" facilites depending on what is easiest and most secure.
Communication -
I can be contacted via email, phone or skype and will adapt to what is easiest for the client. On large projects I will be constantly available, while on smaller projects I will touch base as needed for further information, proofings or completing jobs.
General Availability -
I am available Monday - Friday in general office hours. I can accomodate time differences and have a very good response time with clients.
Terms & Conditions -
I have put together a work contract that is signed between myself as a supplier and you the client. I believe that both parties should benefit from this trustworthy relationship. I consider myself a very loyal and committed supplier who provides a very high standard of work.
