Intellectual Property Rights
I respect the intellectual property rights of other creative professionals. I will only use materials for which I have the appropriate usage and licensing fees. These materials include, but are not limited to: stock photography, stock illustrations, video clips and audio clips.
Confidentiality
I respect the confidentiality of my clients. All projects are treated accordingly.
Payment Terms
I am an experienced graphic artist, but a newcomer to Guru.com. 30% is due at the commencement of the project with the full balance due before delivering the final product.
Availability
I am generally available during business hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for telephone conferences and to work. Otherwise, most work is done during evenings and weekends.
There are circumstances where a phone conversation is best. I prefer that these conversations are scheduled in advance.
