For ten years, I did recruitment advertising for eighteen of the Six Flags Theme Parks. The parks close down after Halloween, so re-staffing the parks well before opening every Summer is an on-going task. There were several other components to this particular recruitment project - door hangers, banner ads, flyers, posters, and job postings.
