The Graphics House opened in 2001 with a mission to create graphic design that was more than decoration, but an essential part of the overall message and the underlying strategy. Sandra Wills, the president and principal designer of the Graphics House, has primarily worked for small business clients creating their marketing collateral. In addition she has employment experience with large corporations in a variety of industries that include architecture, legal, publishing, real estate and non-profit. She has created work in whatever medium the client, or the situation, demands including capability brochures, CD packages, web design, direct mail or email marketing.

Payment by SafePay Escrow or PayPal is preferred. A deposit of one-third to one-half is due before beginning a project. The remainder is due at project milestones or at job completion. Communication is best by email, phone or text message. Emails will generally be answered in 24 hours or less. Typical working hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern time. The best time for phone calls is 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Not available to work onsite.
