Fees are negotiable depending on the project, but typically run from 15 - 35 per hour.

PAYMENT:
I ask for a 20% retainer in escrow based on the estimate. The remainder of the fee is due before I release the files.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
When I start a project, I ask the client many questions. The answers help me understand the client's vision for the company or product. I also do much research on my own. I try to be as informed as possible about the client's product, competitors and target audience.

I give clients 3-5 initial concepts from which to choose. I refine whichever one the client likes best. Once the client is satisfied with the design, I prepare the files for press, and interact with the printer on the client's behalf. I send the client all files for future use.
