NOTE - These terms will apply unless otherwise stated in a project proposal or discussed. Thank you!

PAYMENT/ESTIMATES
CLIENT agrees to pay JODI SALISBURY in accordance with the terms specified in each proposal/estimate. Unless otherwise specified, all remaining balances are payable upon art approval. JODI SALISBURY may refuse completion or delivery of work and associated rights until past due balances are paid.

OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES
Fees for professional services do not include client-requested purchases such as, but not limited to, printing, stock photography, special fonts, or shipping and handling.

REVISIONS AND ALTERATIONS
New work requested by the client after a proposal/estimate has been approved is considered a revision or alteration. If the job changes to an extent that substantially alters the specifications described in the original estimate, a revised fee must be agreed to by both parties before further work proceeds.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
It is the client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations.

USAGE AND OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK
Only upon payment of the full project balance will usage rights for the specified project be granted to the client. JODI SALISBURY retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, and the marketing of her business.
