Preferred Methods Of Communication
GURU message board, email and telephone (respectively) are preferred methods of communication, while iChat and instant messaging are also options. Written communication, whether through email or message boards, is in the best interest of both parties as it provides a documented dialog which can be referred to, as needed, for information and clarity. Although written dialog is preferred, I realize there are some cases in which verbal communication can be more productive (like initial project discussion, for example). I can accommodate for such instances accordingly and will follow-up with a recap email to confirm important points of conversation.
