::: I do my best to keep up with current trends and technologies. I have a complete Mac OS X 10.4.11 system networked with a PC running Windows XP, HP inkjet printer and a Xerox color laser printer. I also have high-resolution digital photography capabilities.

Payment Method: I prefer to be paid through SafePay Escrow (payment by check, e-check or wire transfer only) because this method will ensure that both parties are protected and satisfied. You do not release payment until you are satisfied with my work.

Communication: I am always available by phone or email. When we work together, I will provide you with a timeline that details each step in the project from start to finish. I will also include who the responsible party is along with the date of each deadline. This ensures that we are on the same page and there are no surprises; you should not wonder when I am going to send something to you for review or approval. You have my promise that I will do my best to keep the lines of communication open.

Availability: Normally I work in the mornings and afternoons Monday through Friday. I understand that sometimes not all projects can be completed within this time frame so I do make exceptions depending on the project. Before work has begun (proposal phase), you and I will review the proposed timeline to ensure that both you and I understand each other’s work availability.
