Work Terms

Turnaround Time:
Generally I will present a proof within 3-5 days. For more complex projects, such as website development and business identity creation, I will present concepts and projected time-frame within 3-5 days.
Payment:
I require a payment of 50% up front (escrow is acceptable as is a milestone payment schedule) prior to delivery of the proof. Full payment is required once the proof has been accepted by the client prior to final delivery of designs.
Discounts:
I offer a 15% discount on commercial printing projects if the client chooses to print through me. Client retains all rights to images purchased from me regardless of where printing takes place.
Communication:
I reply to email within 12-24 hours.
