Uh oh - here's the serious stuff :
In order to provide the turnaround you desire and the quality we both want, we need to lay down some ground rules.
Open communication is one of the keys to a happy design. Preferably, all e-mails will be answered within one business day (on both sides, me and you) unless specifically stated and agreed that there needs to be more time. You may call me 24 hours a day, and I will promptly return calls between 6am and 6pm eastern standard time Monday - Friday. I am very open and accepting to situations (I recently had a logo design to do in 5 days over thanksgiving, the flu, a family death, and a funeral to attend to - so I know when "it" hits the fan. I mean, I still got it done in 5 days ... but I digress)
I expect a 25% down payment on any work bid out, as well as full payment before the files are delivered in their final state. The only purpose is to show me that you are as committed to this relationship as I am.
If you think about your design as a baby ... it needs two caring parents and mutual understanding. Think of me as the submissive parent who lets you get your way and still does all the work.
