Vision Studios 7 Guidelines
A consultation period must be initiated between
the client and graphic consultant in order to fully understand all
specific design needs. i.e.- visual aesthetics, [the] vision/purpose of
the created business and/or event, etc.
All material must be submitted via email
including your contact information, text structure, photos, etc. for
prompt service prior to production. (Requested edits for submitted
production drafts by the design consultant to the client can be made
without any additional charge.)
There is a minimum two-week requirement prior
to the need of requested service(s), and a mandatory 50% deposit due on
all design works before production begins via PayPal or by mail
postage. (Payment forwarding information will be provided immediately
following service cost agreement.) Once payment has been received,
production will be immediately initiated. An invoice will be submitted
at the end of all final approved productions with a grace period of 5
business days to submit all remaining payment balances at the time of
invoice delivery.
Allow 7 to 10 working business days to receive proposed drafts via requested delivery methods between the graphic consultant to the client.
