Work Terms

Payment Methods:

Once a proposal has been accepted and a cost has been agreed upon, a deposit is required before a job can commence. We have flex payment options, so it does not effect your cash flow. Upon completion of a project you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

For International Clients: Payment will need to be though SafePay Escrow (accepted means of payment are Cheque, E-Cheque or Wire Transfer, only). This is available on the Guru.com web site which makes transactions very convenient.

For Local clients and National clients: you will be invoiced for services rendered.

Communication: By phone, E-mail, or Fax. When changes are made to a project we prefer that you send us the information by e-mail or in the form of a work statement.

Terms of the Project: Before stating a project we require clients to sign an agreement.

Turn-around time: Turn around is normally within 3 business days but it depends on the scope of the project.

Availability: Each client get the personal attention they deserve. We are availabe 8:00-5:30, Monday-Friday, either by phone, e-mail, or personal visit.
