Availability
You can usually reach me by email or phone. I generally return messages around the middle of the day and in the late afternoon.
Payment
A 50% deposit on the project is required before design work can begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the design work. The Customer will have the opportunity to approve additional charges should any occur as the work progresses.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time varies by project. I strive to meet realistic deadlines set and agreed upon through clear communication with the Customer.
