Software Skills:	I have years of experience witht he following software apps: Adobe Creative Suite 3 (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash), Acrobat (PDF generation, customization), Quark, Powerpoint. I've been using Illustrator and Photoshop from their inception, and one of my specialties is Photo-retouching (which I do a lot of currently for packaging).
Additional Skills:	There are many additional skills that I bring to any project, that have nothing to do with software or technical skills. I'm a creative problem solver, and I know that what matters most to a business is making more profit. I strive to constantly exceed my client's expectations and to increase their visibility and memorability in the marketplace to help them make more sales. In addition to design, I also offer creative concept generation, strategic brand analysis, project management, color forecasts, logo useage manuals, product mockups, visualization strategies, and support for online/focus group testing.

My goal is to exceed your expectations, and I'll start doing this by making sure that all of the terms of the project are understood by both parties from the beginning, including the full scope of the work to be delivered, the important deadlines, and the compensation level. When an agreement has been reached, I begin work and I will keep you informed of my progress.
If at any time, there is a change in the project, for whatever reason, I will initiate a conversation so that any issues can be worked through and adjustments can be made to timelines, deliverables, or compensation as necessary.
