Work Terms

Upon initial interest in our services, we usually draft a professional proposal. This proposal consists of 4-5 pages of information. Contained within it is the job description, timeline, price estimate/quote and all legal verbiage relating to the project. Once client reviews the parameters of the project, he/she then signs and faxes it back to us, upon which time it will automatically produce a work order. This will obligate us to begin the project according to the terms of the proposal.
As a side note, we prefer to speak either face to face or over the phone to get a good feel for one another first. Building that initial relationship is one of the keys to successful project collaboration between client and designer.
