My work terms are as follows:
Payment method - For new clients I will only except payment via SafePay Escrow or money order.
Communication: I do prefer communication via email. It is the quickest way for me to respond to your needs and questions. Although, I have no objection to communication over the phone if you feel you need to speak with me personally.
General Availability: I am a part-time student and do currently work full-time in addition to working as a freelance designer. Therefore, I am only available in the evenings for communication regarding your projects. My schedule changes for classes, so please check with me on current availability.
Guarantee Policy: I do expect my clients to communicate freely their ideas and thoughts on the design. It is going to be representing you as a person/company. I do guarantee my work and will not stop until you are happy. I work quickly in responding to your needs and questions. I do ask for your feedback and possibly a testimonial of my work and your experience with me as a designer so that I may have references on my website.
