Work Terms

Payment: I prefer Escrow service for payment to protect myself and the client.

Communication: Email is always the fastest way to get a hold of me, but I will also provide IM details and phone numbers so that the client can get a hold of me in their preferred medium.

Availability: Monday - Friday. Hours of operation depend on the current work I have, I prefer working in the morning and afternoons.

Feedback: My goal is for the customer to be completely satisfied with my work, feedback is appreciated.

Guarantee: If the customer is not happy with the final work I will do everything in my power to alter the work until the customer is completely satisfied. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the changes, I will provide a 100% money back refund.
