Junia Grafiks excepts payment only through Safe Pay Escrow. I prefer to communicate via e-mail unless otherwise needed. I am usually available most days/evenings.
Our turn-around time is based on amount of changes (5 max without extra charges) by client. 24 hours is the target once everything is received and clearly communicated.
Communication is key however, and if a situation calls for more than just email, calls will definitely be answered or returned as quickly as possible.
