Work Terms
|
We like to work in a very simple fashion at Digital Spark Studio. If this is a first project with us, then we will expect a deposit to begin work. Usually 50% of the overall cost. We then expect payment on the balance as soon as the project is complete and approved.
We always present a schedule before beginning a project which always includes time for your approvals. If you go beyond the approval deadline, please realize that will push the final delivery date back.
We like to communicate via email but certainly can be available for phone conversations.
