Work Terms

Payment Terms
All invoices are processed through Guru's payment system. SafePay escrow service is preferred to protect the interests of both client and service provider. New clients not using the SafePay escrow service for payment may be required to pay a 50% deposit before initial concepts are delivered. Payment is due in full once the project has been completed to the client's satisfaction. Invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices unpaid over 30 days may be subject to a 5% finance charge. Because each client is unique, actual payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
