Work Terms

Payment method: We require payment in three installments:
1. Thirty percent down payment before work commences;
2. Thirty percent upon completion of the first draft; and
3. Final payment upon completion of the finished product.
Payments are accepted via Guru's SafePay account.
Communication: We may be reached via phone or email Monday through Saturday.
Guarantee policy: We believe in a teamwork approach. You will have the opportunity to review the work and offer suggestions for improvement as often as you wish. Two edits after receipt of the rough draft is included in the price. Work will be sent via email or USPS, as desired by you.
