TIME FRAME
My standard client project turnaround time is dependably quick––between 1-2 business days on average––depending on the length of the script and the degree of production required.
DELIVERY METHODS
Completed files will be delivered as .mp3 (unless requested otherwise) via Guru.com, eMail, FTP, or CD. Delivery via next-day airmail is subject to additional shipping fees.
PRODUCTION SERVICES
All voice-over audio will be submitted as dry tracks unless specified in the original project description agreement. Production elements such as music or sound effects are subject to additional production service fees.
PROJECT REVISIONS
Should any retake(s) be required due to any recording and/or tracking errors on my part, you will receive retakes of the project at no additional cost.
Any other retakes or pickups of the project requested due to revisions or additions to copy or script direction may be subject to additional fees at a minimum rate per instance of 25% of the original quote.
APPROVAL & PAYMENT TERMS
A retainer deposit of 30% of the final project quote is required prior to the commencement of the project.
Final project approval must be provided within 5 working days of receipt of the completed audio file(s).
Payments must be made in full within net 30 days of project completion (term exceptions are negotiable upon approval).
