A native Atlantan who started her career as a consultant in 1993 after graduating from Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. After working for several years for W. Grace and Associates, Carolyn began working for TSC, and eventually, eLoyalty. She traveled to clients around the country helping to solve business issues centered around people, process and technology. She has extensive experience in the following industries: Automotive, Banking/Financial Services, Capital Markets, Forest Products, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate and Telecommunications.
After two children and a move to north Florida, Carolyn started her own consultancy in 2005 in order to continue her career and obtain a work/life balance. She continues to hone her skills and enjoys the challenge new clients present.
