I am a self-motivated Mechanical Designer, I have been designing special machines, and automation equipment for machine supply companies for over thirty years. I offer experience working with many different aspects of mechanical design needs, in metal cutting machines, tooling, assembly machines, dial machines, industrial washers, material handling, and conveyer equipment. I offer innovative thinking for coming up with new types of special equipment. With my math, machine shop and welding background and very high skills using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor I offer design skills not commonly found. My desire is to continue designing mechanical equipment for new machine tool equipment. I am capable of reverse engineer existing equipment for the purpose of improvement of the design. I have strong knowledge of materials, pneumatic, hydraulic, power transmission, linkage, AC & DC motors, servomotors, control switches & Electro-Mechanical designs and good working knowledge of machining processing.
