You may contract full solutions to fulfill a book need. $10K to cover every pre-publication aspect of book creation.
Partial solutions: You may contract editing, or ghost writing portions of text at a different fee.
Long term contracts: If you have a large set of book related solutions, i.e. books to go with course materials or a series of books you can establish a relationship based upon a '100,000 word' contract-rate.
Articles: Magazine, online, print media or both, newletters: work may be contracted by the piece or you may order a commitment for a # of issues of the publication. These can be described as 'a year long, 6 issue' contract, or by the number of words: Magazine X orders 30,000 @ $0.3/word = $9000. These words to be applied to multiple articles as needed by the magazine during the year long contract.
Of course you may all order by the piece: ex: 1500 on lawn fencing for Domestic Magazine for $0.30/word = $450.
Exp: multiple publications in English & in German, for USA, UK, German markets: print media
Subjects such as minority religions, Spanish Lotteries, ethics.
Fees are negotiable.
Reviews: online or print media, $30/hour or $0.30/word. You can order these individually or you can purchase a set or series.

Educational Materials: You may order the creation: author, collaboration, or ghostwritten write-up of educational materials. The rate is $0.40/word. Contracts can be made by the individual piece, by project [a set of 5 or 10 courses for example], or by longer term contract:
30,000 words for our company at $0.40/word to assist with this year's educational document production. Word counts based upon finished pieces. "Company X hires this writer for a 30,000 word contract to be applied to 3 separate related projects- an online course, a print media study guide and a print media exam for the flat fee of $12,0000."

The rate for poetry is $150 for 20 lines or fewer of free verse, $300 for 20 lines of a specific highly structured verse form. You may contract single poems for personal or greeting card use, song lyrics, or sets of poems for online, print media, use in magazines or for chapbooks, anthologies or books of poetry.
The company may also hire editorial services at the rate of $0.20/word.
