Work Terms
|
The proposal is designed with the assumption/premise that prerequisites are fulfilled/satisfied prior to project initiation and resources are accessible/available during the project duration/tenure.
Any service rendered in addition/beyond/outside to the scope of work, shall be billed at the standard rate in addition to the accepted terms. The client shall be billed in addition to service and materials other out-of-pocket costs with no mark-up which we incur on their behalf, (e.g. freight, shipping, handling, toll, cab, meal, hotel, airfare, etc).
Payment shall be fulfilled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. The client shall be billed an additional charge at 1.5% fee for any outstanding balances over thirty (30) calendar days.
Either the client or vendor may terminate the project at any time in event of breach in terms.
The Terms shall be effective following Contract fulfillment or termination.
