Highlights

We recently completed a 3 year engagement providing Level 1 and higher support for the modernization of the Indiana Toll Road.

For level 1 support, we provided 24/7/365 helpdesk support for the new equipment on the road. This involved receiving the initial call for a problem, remote diagnosis of the problem and remote remediation of the problem. If the problem could not be fixed remotely, we dispatched a technician onsite to fix it.

Beyond level 1 support, we provided training and documentation for the toll road staff responsible for the equipment after our tenure.

We performed several "Corollary Projects" for both the contractor for the project and the Toll Road such as re-imaging all the computers for the new equipment (300+) to provide a consistant environment and install OCR cameras at several toll plazas.

We still provide consultation service for the Indiana Toll road on an "as needed" basis.
