Work Terms

I prefer working with those employeers who use the escrow system for payment. For small to medium projects, I require 20% of the agreed price at the beginning of the project with the remainder due upon completion of the project. For large projects, I require 20% at the beginning of the project was well as 30% at the half-way mark of the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.

For those who do not use the escrow system, I require payment in full at the beginning of the project.

As far as communication, eMail is the best method. However, if there is any confusion in the email coorespondence, then a phone call is necessary put us both on the same wavelength.
