I prefer to deal with first time clients using Escrow but depending on the job I will also accept part payment via Paypal or Google Wallet.
I prefer to communicate via Skype but other software can be requested.
Work time and days are flexible. I normally will work beyond office hours Monday-Friday only but weekends can be discussed.
