Linux ETC is one of the first LPI (Linux Professional Institute) US training partners being in business for over 10 years since 1998. We are based in Denver, Colorado USA as a Colorado Corporation. Software Skills:	Linux ETC is a Linux training and Open Source consulting firm with experience in a variety of IT solutions including Mac OS X and various editions of Microsoft Windows platforms. Some common Linux distributions we work with are as follows: - RedHat, CentOS, Fedora - SLES/SLED (SUSE Linux Enterprise Server/Desktop), OpenSUSE - Debian, Ubuntu (as well as the various forks) - Gentoo - Slackware Among many others at our client's specific request. Work Terms

In additional to Escrow payments, Linux ETC accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We can also provide long term contracts for consulting and support work with terms to be discussed per project or on an "as needed" basis as well as retainer based services.

Our "worst case" response time for our client's needs is within 4 hours with prior service level agreements established in place. We also can provide our clients accounts with our project and trouble ticket systems (web, phone, and email based) to help facilitate their needs as well.
