- Availability
We are available during normal work hours 9am-5pm (EST) and off hours for emergency's only.
- Communication
Communication is on an as needed basis by the customer. We work on an individual basis and strive to meet the needs of each customer. Our preferred method of communication is email but please feel free to call or fax us with any questions or concerns.
- Payment Method
Currently we accept cash, check or SafePay escrow only and our terms are net 30.
