We offer a 30 day limited warranty on most work. Please contact us for more details.
Guru client jobs will be performed as standard work from 9:00am 5:00pm CST. Work performed after hours is billed as an emergency at $100.00 per/hour. Emergency appointments have a same-day response time. If you have an after-hours emergency, please feel free to leave a message and you will receive a response within an hour. Emergency rates will apply for all after-hours appointments.
We accept credit card, PayPal through our website and SafePay within Guru.com terms. We do not accept checks. Non-SafePay payments must pay 25% of estimated cost in advance. Customer is required to directly purchase all required hardware and software.
