Work Terms
|
Desired Working Parameters: * Tele-commute - For most projects this will be the ideal mode of operation. My Internet connections are multi-redundant and extremely robust, allowing me fail-safe access.
* Tele-commute can include establishing secure IPSEC or other VPN connections, when requested or required by the client. * On-Site - Projects requiring on-site presence, travel is available (see below.)
Travel: * I am available for on-site engagements within 100mi of the Denver Metro without additional travel expenses.
* Air travel is required for any on-site project work more than 150 miles outside of my Denver Metro home base.
* If air travel is required the client will need to provide a standard economy rental car. If rental vehicles are unavailable/not practical, client will be responsible for any taxi, bus, or subway tolls
* A per diem expense will be applied for each 24-hour period consumed by on-site project work. This per diem expense will be calculated at market rates for your specific location.
* Pre-payment of all air travel and/or rental vehicle expenses will be required. Client may book airline tickets at a standard "Y" (economy) on my behalf if preferred.
Payment: * Project initiation will require 50% pre-payment of estimated expenses * Upon completion of project objectives the remaining 50% balance is expected within ten days. * Per diem / travel expenses should be reimbursed by the client no more than five days after travel has been completed.
