I solve complex networking problems in an efficient and timely manor. I have yet to face a networking problem that i could not resolve. The depth of my networking knowledge knows few bounds. I have worked with clients as high profile as the Executive Office of the President, NASA, Airbus, as large as the U.S. Dept of Labor, and as small as a single pix firewall in a SOHO based environment.
I communicate well and not only fix the problem desired, but also help the customer understand why the problem happened and how to resolve it in the future.
