My intent is to promote the adoption of OpenSource iPBX/VoIP software by installing and configuring Asterisk-based systems customized to meet the needs of forward-thinking businessmen who are interested in lowering their bottom-line.
To that end, I assist individuals or corporations in the setup and maintenance of a working Asterisk-based installation in place of more expensive proprietary solutions as a means to increase the overall profitability of a business.
Whether I am making advisements on initial hardware/network requirements; designing an installation to meet the needs of the client; finding low-cost high-quality termination/origination carriers; or training a client on their new system, I intend to make the deployment from start to finish effortless and worry-free for the client.
My five years of experience in developing Asterisk-based solutions (utilizing Bash-scripting, PHP, MySQL, AGI, Apache and TomCat to expand the functionality of Asterisk) encompasses a variety of installation experiences including: Inbound/Outbound Call-Centers, Calling Card Platforms, Residential VoIP Platforms, Hosted iPBX Platforms, On-Site iPBX Server installations and Wholesale Termination Switches.

I prefer to be paid through the Escrow service due to the protection it provides both client and service provider against potentially fraudulent actions by either party.
I strive to reply to any e-mail from a client the same day, but I am almost always available on both Skype and MSN.
For a smaller project, I would prefer that we speak at least every other day to outline current progress as well as expectations of both parties.
For larger projects, I prefer that we touch base at least daily in the initial stages to be certain that no single piece is left out of the end-result... after the project has moved closer to the final stages, I am comfortable with speaking every few days.
Typically, I am available for discussion during normal business hours (9AM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time), though I do the majority of my work late at night when I can be certain any changes or updates I make will not negatively impact anyone.
In case of a genuine emergency, I can always be reached via e-mail or text message to my mobile. I believe that it is important for my clients to feel a sense of security and assurance that I will be available in any 'worst-case-scenarios.'
