Work Terms

My standard procedure for completing work through Guru.com follows the following outline.
1. Submit a proposal for a project
2. Once the proposal is accepted, I submit a project agreement. This agreements stipulates a step by step process of the project, project time-lines, hardware and/or software requirements, any prerequisites required of the project owner, and payment terms.
3. We create a project escrow and require the funds be placed in the escrow prior to the start of the project.
4. Project is completed as requested by the employer and as stipulated to by previously completed project agreement.
5. Contact with the employer is made to inform them that the project has been completed, and to schedule a time to review the deliverables.
6. Once client is satisfied, we request a release of the funds from the escrow account based on the terms stipulated to in the previously completed project agreement.
