Work Terms

Our standard procedure for completing work through Guru.com follows the following outline.

1. Submit a proposal for a project
2. Once the proposal is accepted, we submit a project agreement. This agreements stipulates a step by step process of the project, project time-lines, hardware and/or software requirements, any prerequisites required of the project owner by our company, and payment terms.
3. We create a project escrow and require the escrow be populated prior to start of the project.
4. Project is completed as requested by client and as stipulated to by previously completed project agreement.
5. Contact with the client is made to inform them that the project has been completed, and we go over the project with the client to ensure client satisfaction and make any changes required to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Once client is satisfied, we request a release of the funds from the escrow account based on the terms stipulated to in the previously completed project agreement.
