The best way to contact me is through e-mail. I can also be contacted by phone in the morning hours, usually between 9am and 1pm ET (I work a 2nd shift job).
My work ethic is that if I do NOT fix your problem, you do NOT have to pay me. Also, my goal is to not only fix your problem, but educate you...if you desire.
My services are charged at a minimum of 1 hour, then prorated each 15 minutes up to 2 hours maximum.
