Work Terms

Payment Methods:
1. SafePay Escrow.
2. Paypal.
3. Invoice / Check (At my discretion)

Billing Terms:
1. The first hour of any onsite break / fix call is billable upon arrival. Client is charged in 15 min increments thereafter.

2. Project work will have a well defined SOW (Statement of Work) that defines the work to be performed, the negotiated rate / hours, and the process to deal with out-of-scope changes and requests.

3. All invoices are NET 30 unless otherwise indicated. A 5% service fee will be applied monthly to all invoices that are overdue.

Communication:
Phone and email communications are preferable. Communication frequency for offsite project work will be detailed in the SOW.

General Availability:
My freelance work is part-time endeavor. I am currently employed full time; however, I have a fair amount of flexibility with my schedule. Evening or weekend work is preferable, but I can make myself available on occasion for onsite work / meetings during the work week.
