As one of General Dynamics Principle Network Admin I played a key role in supporting their client SA(General Services Administration) where I lead the successful configuration and deployment of their Cisco 4500 series switches, as well as played an instrumental role in migrating their data center to a unified data center supporting 200 enterprise class servers. During my tinier there I took on the responsibilities as their SAN Administrator, for data back-ups and disaster recovery, and functioned as their Business Objects administrator and Sr. Desktop Engineer. As Ionex's Network and Siebel administrator I was looked upon as their primary resource for designing and maintaining their multi-server environments. Siebel, regarded as one of the “Best of Breed” ERP applications, afforded me the chance to gain useful knowledge and experience. Having worked so close with Ionex’s development team, I was instrumental in providing them with the necessary support, which enabled the successful enterprise wide deployment of their CRM product.
