I excel at implementing and supporting small to medium office networks as well as technology solutions to small business needs. I have been able to quickly learn and improve proprietary software applications and address customers' concerns with these applications such as how to backup, recover from a disaster, scale out, or how to implement redundancy. These are issues that the software vendor is often unable to address as it exceeds the level of support they provide. I also offer resale of new computer hardware and network equipment, including custom tailored installation services. End to end solutions provided including design, installation and ongoing maintenance of technology, either by myself or certified vendors.
My professional experience has exposed me to a wide variety of technologies and covers all aspects of a Windows based datacenter environment as well as typical corporate office environment. I am able to solve problems requiring the interaction of several types of technology, often achieving an end result exceeding what an individual vendor is able to provide as it's outside of their scope of support.
