I am located in Canton, Ohio. I can work on-site on evenings and weekends. All other support must be remote, through terminal service sessions or over the phone with a competent technical person.
All work will be completed to your satisfaction. If, after the engagement, my solution does not meet your needs, you will be my top priority before taking on additional projects.
Payment is due within 15 days of the completion of the engagement.
