There are law books in the public library and in the law library in each county court house open to anyone who can first find them and then figure out how to use them. With these research resourses available, and using business logic together with common sense, a Paralegal can provide a fair amount of direction, enabling a person who has little income or knowledge to step into a courtroom and make application of the information gathered and put into the proper form.

Remember, a Paralegal is an Expert at preparing Legal Documents. When attorneys need to prepare legal documents, they use Paralegals.

Work Terms

Our minimum fee for Paralegal services is $50.00 and we will work for a $50.00 per hour rate. However, most of the services we provide are based on a per service charge which is always less than what it would take to do the same work for our hourly rate. Also, we provide detailed instruction for completing the action as part of the service fee.
