My work experience gives me an attention to detail, a dependability, and hard work ethic.
I've been in professional photography for over 20 years. My photography specialty is location shooting, with an emphasis on people profiles, sports and activities, architecture and products. I've been doing freelance/contract photography for the past ten years; and from 1991 to 1997, I worked as the senior staff photographer at CareerTrack Inc. in Boulder, Colo., where I started-up and then managed the corporate photography department. While I enjoy the artistic and technical side of making photographs, I also know the other rewards- a teamwork setting, interacting with people and establishing working relationships where creativity and cooperation is encouraged. I have extensive experience in marketing communications, so tight budgets and deadlines are familiar. I have managed direct marketing print pieces from start to finish, collaborated with art directors and designers, and supervised large photo shoots with models, actors and assistants. I am proficient in Photoshop and other desktop publishing programs, so my imageing results are consistent and of high quality.
