We prefer to communicate by email, as that provides a record of what was discussed, and details that might be forgotten from phone conversations. However, we welcome phone discussions in addition, as the personal contact is always helpful. It gives the opportunity to clarify expectations that are difficult to specify in the written word. But, we do expect a follow-up email to confirm the details of the discussion.

We are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. M-F for phone conversations.
We check email frequently, and often reply to email received outside of these hours.
We reserve the remainder of our time to do your work, undisturbed, giving it our full concentration.
If we are working on your project, and communication, work or delivery must occur during our "non-open" days or times, we will make arrangements with you on a project-by-project basis.

We want to be easily accessible, but much of our work takes our full concentration, so we discourage unnecessary interruptions. We assure you of high quality work, and this is one ot the requirements needed to provide top quality.

We prefer SafePay Escrow with E-check, but are flexible, as we know no once system works for everyone. Basically, we will work with you to find the most cost-saving way of transferring payment.
