Work Terms

I am a professional and am used to working with companies throughout the USA creating designs for use on commercial products. I am comfortable working with deadlines.
Most of my work is digital. Finished product will be delivered as high reloution digital file on CD. A printed version of the work is also available for a small fee.
Ideally, I prefer to retain all copyrights to my work. My work is typically available for product use under a licensing agreement however, I am open to selling work outright in some circumstances.
Payment for work sold outright is 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. Payment for licensed work is an advance fee plus a percentage of sales to be negotiated.
