Work Terms

RAS Legal's own proprietary project management software is utlizied to manage the communication and document and final work deliverable sharing between our attorney's and our clients.
We work together with our client to determine the most effective status reporting and information exchange that works for the client.
Upon acceptance of a project/bid, we will consult on your requirements, special considerations, documentation formats, etc, and provide you with a good faith time & cost effort estimation. Our goal has been to consistently acheive the targeted timeframe & cost we provide you up front prior to the work assignment commencing.
Upon your approval of our estimated time & cost, we begin work and keep you informed of statuses using our project management system. All document inputs provided to us is safeguarded and stored only for the duration of the project. Upon completion all documentation is returned to you or deleted from our servers.
Upon final delivery of the project/assignment to you, we provide you with 48 hours for review and feedback. Upon your final approval, we will invoice you for the work completed. RAS Legal bills clients upon their approval of our work product.
