I was given seven years' worth of this data and told to look for and analyze trends. What was happening as law departments entered a new millennium and what did this mean for managers?
I had never done statistical analysis before, but a labor statistician told me when my hunches were right (They usually were; I surprised myself), and my client (lawyer and PWC partner) provided the savvy on legal departments.

In October 2002, I was a delegate to the Global Peace Initiative of Women in Geneva. I was asked to speak at the Business Roundtable on new roles business could play in peace building. The ideas and hope of this summit were electrifying, so a group of us founded bPeace and partnered with the UN so that women in business could help women in war-torn countries like Rwanda and Afghanistan build their own businesses. Not only would they be supporting their families, they'd play a major role in helping their countries give up war economies for peace economies. BPeace took off and is helping women thrive.

Two Homepages for Citigroup
These pages are only a snippet of my 8 years as a Citigroup Internet Strategist and writer. Unfortunately I can't provide links; these are internal sites. My role was to create new sites (these two homepages are just portals to dozens of smaller businesses) and to refresh their content regularly. That was no small challenge in a company that restructured itself constantly.
These homepages are for two intranet sites I wrote and maintained. I also wrote for and helped redesign the client site for The Citigroup Private Bank. That site is accessible only to clients. I wrote stories geared towards the ultra wealthy: private jet financing, how to use your art collection as leverage, jumbo mortgages, philanthropy, succession in the family business.
